Audrey began her career as a human resource generalist with a major financial institution.  Her ability to connect with every applicant earned her a reputation for recruiting and retaining the best personnel available.  Moving up the corporate ladder to various human resource management positions, Audrey learned the leadership skills necessary to empower others to create opportunities in a rapidly changing and challenging work environment.

In 1987, Audrey left the corporate arena and formed Innovators & Motivators, Inc., a human resources consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations create tomorrow’s opportunities out of today’s challenges, while saving BIG money.

Audrey tells it like it is and brings years of knowledge, enthusiasm and practical strategies to every training program she conducts or keynote speech she gives.
